# Connect your code

Connect GitHub, or any git host, so Adea can tell which change moved a number.

Install the Adea app on GitHub, choose the repositories that matter, and Adea reads them, read-only. For other git hosts, give a repository address and a token.

With your code connected, Adea can say which commit or pull request fits the timing of a change, and it understands better what a status or a column really means in your data.
