## Questions about Shopware

### Can Adea change anything in my shop?

No. Adea can only read. Orders, prices and customers are never edited, deleted or sent.

### Can I see margin?

Yes, if the cost price is entered on your products in Shopware. Otherwise Adea shows revenue and counts, and you can add cost prices later.

### Who can see customer details?

Only the people you give access. You decide which details are open, and answers show numbers, not individuals, unless you open that up yourself.
