Most of what you do in Adea is free. A Deep credit is only used when Adea has to dig, and you see it before it's spent. - 1 **Everyday questions are free. ** Looking up a number, slicing it by week or place, or a new question about your data. As often as you like. - 2 **Digging uses one. ** Finding out why a number moved, reading your code, building a report or a presentation. The button says so first. - 3 **What Adea does on its own is included. ** The nightly check, and the investigations your plan includes each day, never use your Deep credits. - 4 **A failed answer costs nothing. ** If Adea can't answer, or refuses, no Deep credit is used. Need more? 100 Deep credits for €39, valid for 12 months. Try Pro free for 14 days with 25 Deep credits. It needs a card, and you can cancel before the trial ends. ## Questions owners ask ### What do I get for free? One source, five watched numbers and 25 Deep credits to start, with no card and no time limit. Adea checks your numbers every night from the first day, on the free plan too. ### Do we pay per person? No. One price covers your whole company, however many people use Adea. ### What happens when we run out of Deep credits? Everyday questions keep working. For deeper work you can buy 100 more Deep credits for €39, or move to a bigger plan. ### What happens when the trial ends? If you choose a plan, you carry on with it. If you don't, your company moves to the free plan, with no Deep credits left, and everything you made stays. ### We hardly log in. Does the free plan keep running? If nobody visits for 30 days, Adea pauses the nightly check and picks it up again on your next visit. After 90 days without a visit, the connection details are deleted, so we don't hold on to them for nothing. ### Can we change plan later? Yes, whenever you like, from Settings. ### How do we pay?
