Make a task, draft a reply

When an insight needs someone to act, choose Make a task. Linear, Jira, GitHub, Asana or Trello opens its own create page with the finding already filled in. Adea writes nothing there until you save it.

When it's about a customer, open their record and choose Draft a reply to the customer. Adea writes a first version, and you can make it shorter, warmer or more formal before you copy it.

Nothing is sent for you. The reply is yours to read, change and send from where you normally write to customers. It also works from Slack.

The insight page keeps one comment thread and a pinned note for the team, so everyone sees what was decided.
