Know the morning after your shop stops selling.

A theme update, a broken discount code, a payment method that stopped working. Adea checks your shop's numbers every night, tells you what changed and why, and gives you the list of customers to win back.

Lists your team works through.

When an answer is a group of customers or products, Adea turns it into a list that keeps itself up to date. Each row has an owner and a status.

Questions owners ask

Can Adea change orders, prices or products?

No. Adea only reads. It can't change anything in your shop, and it never sends anything to your customers on its own: it writes drafts and lists, and you decide what goes out.

Which shop platforms does Adea work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopware, PrestaShop, DanDomain and Shoporama. If your shop runs on its own database, Adea can read that directly instead.

How does Adea know what's normal for my shop?

It reads your history when you connect, and learns each number's normal range, with weekdays, weekends and seasons. It speaks up only when a number leaves that range, so you aren't woken by every busy Saturday.

Can I see why a number moved?

Yes. Adea tests the likely causes (fewer visitors, a payment method, a device, a campaign, a change to the shop) and shows you which one fits, with the numbers behind it.
