Solutions

Know the morning after your slots start sitting empty.

A closed court that can still be booked, a confirmation that stopped going out, a price that put people off. Adea checks every location's bookings each night, tells you what changed and why, and lines up the bookings to move and the customers to tell.

Questions owners ask

Can Adea move or cancel bookings?

No. Adea only reads. It finds the bookings that need moving and writes the messages, and your team does the moving in your own system.

Which booking systems does Adea work with?

Adea reads your booking system's database directly: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB and the large data warehouses. If your system can export to Google Sheets or a spreadsheet, Adea reads that instead.

We have several locations. Can Adea tell them apart?

Yes. Adea learns what's normal for each location on its own, so a quiet venue is caught even when the others are busy. You can give each manager their own morning brief.

Does Adea know about holidays and closed days?

It learns your weekly rhythm and seasons from your history, so a quiet Christmas week isn't a surprise. If you close a location for a day, tell Adea, and it won't flag it.
