Solutions

Call your regulars before they cancel.

Members rarely say goodbye. They just stop coming, and a few weeks later they cancel. Adea reads your check-ins every night, tells you who has gone quiet and why, and gives each centre its list to call.

Lists your managers work through.

When an answer is a group of members, Adea turns it into a list that keeps itself up to date: who to call, and whether they came back.

Questions owners ask

Can a centre manager see only their own centre?

Yes. You decide who sees what, so Anne in Odense sees Odense's members and lists, and the owner sees the whole chain.

Does Adea contact our members?

Never on its own. It writes drafts and makes lists. Your staff decide who gets a call or a text, and send it themselves.

Our member system is a standard product. Will it work?

If you can reach its database, or it exports to a database or a spreadsheet, Adea can read it. If you're unsure, book 20 minutes and we'll look at it with you.

How does Adea know who counts as a regular?

It learns how often each member usually trains. Someone who came twice a week and hasn't been in for over two weeks stands out; someone who comes once a month doesn't.
