Solutions

See a project slip while you can still talk to the client.

Change requests nobody estimated, hours nobody invoiced, a client who pays later and later. Adea checks your hours and invoices every night, tells you what changed and why, and gives you the list of what to raise with whom.

Questions owners ask

Can Adea change hours, projects or invoices?

No. Adea only reads. It never writes to your time tracking or invoicing and never sends anything to your clients on its own: it makes lists and drafts, and you decide what goes out.

Our time tracking is a bought-in tool. Does that work?

Adea reads databases, spreadsheets and exports, and e-conomic for the books. If your time tracking can give you a database or a regular export, Adea can read it. Write to us with the name, and we'll tell you before you start.

Can employees see each other's hours and pay?

You decide. You can close or mask any column, such as salaries, and choose who sees which projects' numbers.

How does Adea know a project is slipping?

It compares hours used with the budget and with how far into the project you are, and learns what's normal for your projects. It speaks up when a project leaves that pattern, not when someone logs a long day.
