Catch a failed renewal before it becomes a goodbye.

A batch of expired cards, a reminder that stopped, a price that pushed people to pause. Adea checks every renewal and every subscriber's next step each night, tells you what changed and why, and gives you the list of subscribers to reach.

Lists your team works through.

When an answer is a group of subscribers, Adea turns it into a list that keeps itself up to date. Each row has an owner and a status.

Questions owners ask

Can Adea charge cards or change subscriptions?

No. Adea only reads. It finds the payments that failed and why, writes the mails, and your team decides what goes out.

Does Adea work with Stripe?

Yes. Connect Stripe with a sign-in that only allows reading, and Adea sees every renewal, failure and retry next to your subscriptions.

Can Adea tell me who is about to cancel?

It can list the subscribers who are doing what the ones who left did first: skipping deliveries, pausing, a failed payment. It doesn't guess; every name on the list has a reason you can see.

Who in my team can see subscribers' names?

You decide. On Pro and Business you can hide names and contact details from some people, so they see the numbers but not who's behind them.
