No. Adea can only read. Orders, prices and customers are never edited, deleted or sent.
Can I see margin?
Yes, if the cost price is entered on your products in PrestaShop. Otherwise Adea shows revenue and counts, and you can add cost prices later.
Who can see customer details?
Only the people you give access. You decide which details are open, and answers show numbers, not individuals, unless you open that up yourself.
