Call the customer before they've gone.

Adea learns how often and how much each customer usually buys, and tells you the morning one breaks their rhythm. Ask why in Slack, get a call list for the week, and see who has ordered again.

Questions owners ask

How does Adea know a customer has gone quiet?

It learns each customer's own rhythm from their order history: how often they order and how much. When an order that usually comes doesn't, that customer shows up, with the days since and what they usually buy.

Can I ask Adea from Slack?

Yes. Mention Adea in a channel or a direct message, and the answer comes in the thread, with where it came from. It sees only what you may see.

Does Adea work with our CRM?

Adea reads orders and invoices from your own database, your bookkeeping (e-conomic) or a spreadsheet. Adea doesn't read from HubSpot or Pipedrive.

Will Adea contact our customers?

No. Adea never sends anything to your customers on its own. It writes drafts and lists, and you decide what goes out.
